Open an account

On the occasion of the opening an account, we would like to welcome you in our office. It´s necessary to open an account in the presence of the account holder and by the institutional clients can only be opened in the presence of the authorised signatories of the Company.

Documents needed

Institutional:

• Extract from the trade register, not older than 3 months
• ID's of the authorised signatories

Individuals:

• Valid Identity Card

Non Slovak Residents:

• Official translation of the Registration of Incorporation
• Official translation of the Specimen of Signature
• Passport of the Company's representative
• To avoid double taxation, a certificate issued by the TAX
• Authorities in the residents country
